Globe provides services that directly contribute to the sales development and gains in market share of its clients. Globe's three service lines are brand activation (connecting brands with consumers), outsourced field force (supporting brands’ commercial performance) and merchandising (delivering tailored point-of-sale materials). EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in Globe in October 2025 with key management. EMK invested in Globe to reinforce its market position in its core segments and continue to expand its service offering and enter new end-markets via both organic growth and a transformational buy-and-build strategy.
