EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in WeAreProject in November 2025 with key management. EMK invested in WeAreProject in November 2025 and will reinforce its market position in its core segments, continue expanding its service offering and enter new end-markets via both organic growth and a transformational buy-and-build strategy.
