Founded in 1837, Agora Makers (formerly Agora Technologies) is a French historical player specialising in the design, manufacture and sale of lighting equipment and street furniture for the public sector through the Eclatec and Metalec brands. In 2023, the group strengthened its street furniture offerings by acquiring TPM, an Italian company founded in 1984, known for premium public-sector street furniture under the Metalco brand.
